If You add, replace or terminate any sub-users authority You shall provide that information to the Bank so that Bank can assist you in properly maintaining the appropriate Security Features. You must contact DMB immediately if You believe the password has been lost, stolen or otherwise become available to an unauthorized person. If You are utilizing this service for Your business You acknowledge that the only authorized users are those individuals who have been authorized to act on behalf of Your business pursuant to Your bylaws, operating agreement or resolutions. Furthermore, You acknowledge that due to the nature of the Service, We are unable to monitor or enforce any multiple signature requirements that Your accounts may currently have in place.
