Common use of Accounts and Taxation Clause in Contracts

Accounts and Taxation. 1.1 The Accounts have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies of the Company and show a true and fair view of the assets and liabilities, income and cash flow of the Company as at, or for the period ending on, the relevant date. 1.2 All the accounts, books, registers, ledgers and financial and other material records of whatsoever kind of the Company have been fully, properly and accurately kept and completed; there are no inaccuracies or discrepancies of any kind contained or reflected therein; and they give and reflect a true and fair view of the financial, contractual and trading position of the Company. 1.3 The Company has not incurred any actual or contingent or deferred liability for Tax.
