Since the Balance Sheet Date to the date hereof, the Company has (i) discharged its material accounts payable and other material current liabilities and obligations in accordance with past practice, and (ii) purchased and maintained inventory in an amount which it reasonably believes to be appropriate for normal seasonal requirements of the Company's business and current business conditions and consistent with its past practices.
