Accounts, Products and Services Clause Samples

The 'Accounts, Products and Services' clause defines the terms under which a party may access, use, or maintain accounts, as well as the range of products and services provided under the agreement. It typically outlines eligibility requirements, procedures for opening or closing accounts, and the scope of available offerings, such as financial products or customer services.
