Common use of Accreditation Process Clause in Contracts

Accreditation Process. The Registrar must apply for Accreditation as set out in the Published Policies, and in the case of a first Accreditation must make application within five (5) calendar days after the Commencement Date. If the Registrar has provided Registrar Services in the past, the Registry may take into account the Registrar’s prior conduct in providing these services when considering the Registrar’s application for Accreditation.
