Common use of Accrual System Clause in Contracts

Accrual System. Employees may accrue 15, 30, 45, or 60 days of sick leave based upon their election and written request. Change of option to increase total accrual may be accomplished at anytime by the employee in the following manner: Accrual account may be increased at any time by total number of days earned during the year (1 Jul - 30 Jun) or six (6) days a year at the employee’s written election (accrual increase). 15 to 30 days 30 to 60 days 30 to 45 days 45 to 60 days
