Common use of Accrued Interest and Fees Clause in Contracts

Accrued Interest and Fees. Except as set forth in Section 3(c) above with respect to payments to be made to Exiting Lender on the Effective Date, all interest and fees accrued prior to the Effective Date of this Amendment under provisions of the Loan Agreement modified by this Amendment shall remain payable at the due dates set forth in the Loan Agreement.
