ACCUMULATION OF EXPERIENCE Sample Clauses

The "Accumulation of Experience" clause defines how a party's prior relevant experience is recognized and counted for the purposes of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for what qualifies as relevant experience, such as previous projects, years in a specific industry, or demonstrated expertise in a particular field. For example, it may allow a contractor to include experience gained by its affiliates or subcontractors when meeting eligibility requirements. The core function of this clause is to ensure that parties can demonstrate sufficient capability or qualifications, thereby facilitating fair evaluation and selection processes.
