Common use of Accuracy and Completeness of Information Clause in Contracts

Accuracy and Completeness of Information. All written factual data, reports and written factual information (other than any projections, estimates and information of a general economic or industry specific nature) concerning the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries that has been furnished by or on behalf of any Loan Party to Agent or any Lender in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, when taken as a whole, are correct in all material respects as of the date of certification of such data, reports and information, and do not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements contained therein not materially misleading in light of the circumstances under which such statements are made at such time.
