Common use of Accuracy and Currentness of Information Furnished Clause in Contracts

Accuracy and Currentness of Information Furnished. The representations and warranties made by Bancorp --------------------------------------------------- and Western hereby or in the lists or schedules hereto contain no statements of material fact which are untrue or misleading, or omit to state any material fact which is necessary under the circumstances to prevent the statements contained herein or in such lists or schedules from being misleading. Bancorp and Western hereby covenant that they shall, not later than the 15th day of each calendar month between the date hereof and the Closing Date, amend or supplement the schedules prepared and delivered pursuant to this Article 4 to ensure that the information set forth in such schedules accurately reflects the then-current status of Bancorp and Western. Bancorp and Western shall further amend or supplement the schedules as of the Closing Date if necessary to reflect any additional changes in the status of Bancorp or Western.
