Accuracy of Data. The Owner will not be responsible for the accuracy or the completeness of the information and data in the contract documents regarding existing underground facilities. Furthermore, the Engineer will not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such data which has not been produced by the Engineer's own field investigations.
