Common use of Accuracy of Data Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Data. Applicant certifies that any financial information provided by Applicant to ▇▇▇▇▇ pursuant to this Agreement was given to ▇▇▇▇▇ as inducement for the extension of credit from ▇▇▇▇▇. Applicant further certifies that any such information is accurate, true, complete and correct as of the time it was provided. Applicant further certifies that if any property purchased tax-free becomes subject to sales or use tax, Applicant will pay the tax due directly to the appropriate taxing authority when state law so provides or reimburse ▇▇▇▇▇ for such tax.
