Accuracy of Forecasts. Company acknowledges that the Seller's Day--ahead forecasts are based on forecast estimates and not guarantees. Such limitation notwithstanding, Seller shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the Day- ahead- forecasts required hereunder for validation purposes and to support Company's forecasts.
