Common use of Accuracy of Information, Transmissions Through, and Access to NETWORKING Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Information, Transmissions Through, and Access to NETWORKING. Any information provided by the Fund Agent to the Firm through NETWORKING and pursuant to this Agreement, shall be accurate, complete and, if provided through NETWORKING, in the format prescribed by the NSCC. The Fund Agent shall adopt, implement and maintain procedures reasonably designed to ensure the accuracy of all transmissions through NETWORKING and to limit the access to, and the entry of data into, NETWORKING to persons specifically authorized by the Fund Agent.
