Accuracy of Information You Provide. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your Third Party Accounts as requested through My GreenInsights, and you agree not to misrepresent your identity or information related to your Third Party Accounts, which information may include user names, passwords or other access devices for such Third Party Accounts. You agree to keep all of such information up to date and accurate. You acknowledge that we will rely on the information provided by you, and you authorize us to act on any instruction which has been or reasonably appears to have been sent by you. We are not obligated to take any further steps to confirm or authenticate such instructions and may act upon them without further confirmation. You acknowledge and agree that financial institutions receiving requests through the Service for the release of Third Party Account information may rely and act upon such requests. If instructions identify a financial institution and/or a Third Party Account by name and number, the relevant financial institution may execute those instructions by reference to the number only, even if the number does not correspond to the name. You acknowledge that financial institutions may not investigate discrepancies between names and numbers. We shall have no liability for any losses resulting directly or indirectly from any of your errors, duplications, ambiguities or misrepresentations in the information that you provide.
