Common use of Accuracy of Information Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Information. All written information, reports, statements and other papers and data furnished by or on behalf of the Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lender (other than financial forecasts) whether pursuant to this Article V or any other provision of this Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents, shall be, at the time the same is so furnished, correct in all material respects.

Accuracy of Information. All written information, reports, statements and other papers and data furnished by or on behalf of the Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lender (other than financial forecasts) whether pursuant to this Article V VIII or any other provision of this Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents, shall beLoan Document shall, at the time the same is so furnished, correct comply with the representations and warranties set forth in all material respectsSection 7.1(u).

All written information, reports, statements and other papers and data furnished by or on behalf of the each Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lender and the other Lenders (other than financial forecastsforecasts and information prepared by third parties and required to be delivered to Administrative Agent by this Agreement) whether pursuant to this Article V 10 or any other provision of this Agreement Agreement, or any of the other Credit Loan Documents, shall be, at the time the same is so furnished, complete and correct in all material respects.

All written information, reports, statements and other papers and data furnished by or on behalf of the any Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lender (other than financial forecasts) whether pursuant to this Article V VII or any other provision of this Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents, shall be, at the time the same is so furnished, complete and correct in all material respectsrespects to the extent necessary to give the Administrative Agent or any Lender complete, true and accurate knowledge of the subject matter based on the Borrowers' knowledge thereof.

Accuracy of Information. All written information, reports, statements and other papers and data furnished by or on behalf of the Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lender (other than financial forecasts) whether pursuant to this Article V VII or any other provision of this Agreement Agreement, or any of the other Credit Loan Documents, shall be, at the time the same is so furnished, complete and correct in all material respectsrespects to the extent necessary to give the Administrative Agent or any Lender complete, true and accurate knowledge of the subject matter based on the Borrower’s knowledge thereof.

Accuracy of Information. All written information, reports, statements and other papers and data furnished by or on behalf of the Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Revolving Credit Lender (other than financial forecasts) whether pursuant to this Article V VII or any other provision of this Agreement Agreement, or any of the other Credit Security Documents, shall be, at the time the same is so furnished, complete and correct in all material respectsrespects to the extent necessary to give the Agent or any Revolving Credit Lender complete, true and accurate knowledge of the subject matter based on the Borrower's knowledge thereof.

Accuracy of Information. All written information, reports, statements and other papers and data furnished by or on behalf of the Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lender (other than financial forecasts) whether pursuant to this Article V 7 or any other provision of this Agreement or any of the other Credit Loan Documents, shall be, at the time the same is so furnished, complete and correct in all material respectsrespects to the extent necessary to give the Agent or such Lender complete, true and accurate knowledge of the subject matter based on the Borrower's knowledge thereof.
