Accuracy of Reporting. The State may request at any point proof of the reporting accuracy through the data set supporting the reporting. If the State has reason to believe that multiple and systemic reporting errors exist, that cannot be corrected to the State’s satisfaction; the State may require an audit by a third party. If errors are found, the Successful vendor must reimburse the State for the cost of the auditor as well as correcting any administrative fee errors.
