Common use of Accuracy of Services Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Services. HCAOG shall not be responsible for discovering deficiencies in the technical accuracy of Consultant’s services. Consultant shall correct any such deficiencies in technical accuracy without additional compensation except to the extent such corrective action is directly attributable to deficiencies in HCAOG-furnished information or the actions or inactions of any third party. However, HCAOG shall be responsible for, and Consultant may rely upon, the accuracy and completeness of all requirements, programs, instructions, reports, data, and other information furnished by HCAOG to Consultant pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant may use such requirements, programs, instructions, reports, data, and information in performing or furnishing services under this Agreement.
