Common use of Accuracy of Services Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Services. 16.1. The Consultant shall be responsible for the accuracy of its Services, including Services by any subconsultants, and shall promptly make necessary revisions or corrections resulting from errors and omissions on the part of the Consultant or subconsultants without additional compensation. Acceptance of the Services by the County shall not relieve the Consultant of the responsibility for subsequent corrections of any such errors and the clarification of any ambiguities. 16.2. Following completion of Services, if the Services provided hereunder do not conform to the foregoing standards and the same is reported to Consultant by County in writing promptly after recognition thereof, Consultant shall, at no cost to County, furnish all remedial design or consulting services required in connection therewith as soon as reasonably possible after receipt of such report from County. 16.3. At any time during the construction of an assigned Project, the Consultant shall confer with the County for the purpose of interpreting the information furnished and/or to correct any errors and/or omissions made by the Consultant. The Consultant shall prepare all data to correct its errors and/or omissions without added compensation, even though final payment may have been received therefor.
