Common use of Accurate and Complete Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Accurate and Complete Disclosure. No information furnished by the Seller to the Administrator, any Purchaser Agent or any Purchaser pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement or any transaction contemplated hereby is false or misleading in any material respect as of the date as of which such information was furnished (including by omission of material information necessary to make such information not misleading).
