Merchant represents and warrants that all information provided to Purchaser relating to Merchant’s business, and all statements made to Purchaser relating thereto have been truthful, accurate and complete. M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ further agrees that Merchant will be truthful in all future statements to Purchaser, and will provide Purchaser with accurate and complete information regarding Merchant’s business as requested by Purchaser.
