Common use of Accurate and Complete Records Clause in Contracts

Accurate and Complete Records. The books, ledgers, financial records and other records of the Companies since January 1, 2011: (a) are in the possession of the Companies; (b) have been, in all material respects, maintained in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and generally accepted standards of practice; and (c) are accurate and complete in all material respects.
