Accurate Description. The statements in the General Disclosure Package as of the Applicable Time under “Summary—Corporate Structure and History”, insofar as such statements constitute summaries of the legal matters, documents or proceedings referred to therein, in each case to the extent, and only to the extent, governed by the laws of Hong Kong, fairly present the information and summarize the matters referred to therein.
