Common use of Accurate Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Accurate Representations and Warranties. The representations and warranties of Obligors set forth in Article 4 hereof and in each of the other Loan Documents shall be true and correct in all material respects on and as of the date of such Advance or other borrowing or the issuance of such Letter of Credit, as the case may be, with the same effect as though such representations and warranties had been made on and as of such date, except to the extent that such representations and warranties expressly relate to an earlier date and except that the Financial Statement referred to in Section 4.6 shall be deemed to be those financial statements most recently delivered to the Lender pursuant to Section 4.6 hereof;
