Common use of ACH Authorization Clause in Contracts

ACH Authorization. By signing the Merchant Application and electing to receive Next Day Funding or Same Day Money Express, You authorize Processor to collect the aforementioned fee by electronically debiting the Merchant Account using the ACH System.
