Common use of Acknowledgement and Project Events Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement and Project Events. (a) The Recipient must acknowledge, in the required form as set out in Item E of the Schedule, the support it has received from the Department in all publications, promotional and advertising Materials, signs or plaques displayed at the location where the Project is undertaken, at any project event and otherwise at the times and in the manner as the Department directs from time to time.β€Œ (b) The Recipient must include an appropriate Australian Government logo on all publications, promotional and advertising Materials and signs related to the Project. (c) The Australian Government logo(s) required by clause 14(b), and the guidelines for their use, will be provided to the Recipient by the Department upon written request.
