Common use of Acknowledgement of Commencement Date Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Commencement Date. Promptly following the Commencement Date, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgement of the Commencement Date, Termination Date and related matters, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C (with appropriate insertions), which acknowledgement shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by this reference. Notwithstanding the foregoing requirement, the failure of either party to execute any such written acknowledgement shall not affect the determination of the Commencement Date, Termination Date and related matters in accordance with the provisions of this Lease.
