Acknowledgement of Representation. It is acknowledged by each of the Parties that the Purchased Companies and Sellers have retained ▇▇▇▇▇ Day to act as their counsel in connection with this Agreement, the Ancillary Documents, the Confidentiality Agreement or any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby (the “Current Representation”), and that no other Party to this Agreement has the status of a client of ▇▇▇▇▇ Day for conflict of interest or any other purposes as a result thereof.
