The representations given and undertakings assumed by any Credit Party to any other party resident in Germany (gebietsansässig) are made only to the extent that any party resident in Germany (gebietsansässig) would be permitted to receive such representations and undertakings pursuant to §7 of the AWV or any other Applicable Law applicable to such Credit Party resident in Germany.
