Acknowledgements by the Employee. The Employee expressly agrees and (a) This Covenant Not to Compete is reasonable as to time and geographical scope and area, and does not place any unreasonable burden on the Employee. (b) The general public will not be harmed as a result of enforcement of this Covenant Not to Compete. (c) The Employee has requested or has had the opportunity to request that his personal legal counsel review this Covenant Not to Compete. (d) The Employee understands and hereby agrees to each and every term and condition of this Covenant Not to Compete.
