Common use of Acknowledgment Agreements Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment Agreements. Each Credit Party will assist the Agent in obtaining executed Acknowledgment Agreements from each of the warehousemen, aircraft lessors, landlords and mortgagees with whom such Credit Party conducts business from time to time.
