Acknowledgment Agreements. Each Credit Party will use commercially reasonable efforts (which shall not require any Credit Party to expend any material sums) to assist the Administrative Agent in obtaining executed Acknowledgment Agreements from each of the warehousemen, processors, packers, fillers, landlords and mortgagees with whom such Credit Party conducts business from time to time or who have an interest in any real property on which any of the Collateral is located (a) for the Inventory locations noted as such on Schedule 1.1B hereto, on or prior to the Closing Date,
