The Lessee agrees to pay the Basic Rent, Additional Rent and additional payments set forth in the Lease Agreement. The covenants, terms and conditions of this lease are those appearing in the Lease Agreement, as it may from time to time be amended, which covenants, terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by reference.
