Acknowledgment and Waiver. The Debtor hereby: (a) acknowledges receiving a copy of this Security Agreement; and (b) waives all rights to receive from the Secured Party a copy of any financing statement, financing change statement or verification statement filed or issued, as the case may be, at any time in respect of this Security Agreement or any amendments hereto.
