ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ADDENDA. All vendors shall acknowledge receipt of any addenda to this RFP by returning a signed hard copy with the bid. Failure to acknowledge receipt of any addenda may render the proposal to be non-responsive. Only ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ University shall issue changes to this RFP, which will be in writing.
