Acknowledgment of Administrative Fee. Each Applicant understands and acknowledges that, if and when an MPA is finally executed in respect of the Project, each Applicant will have the obligation to promptly pay to NGen a five percent (5%) administrative fee in respect of the Project; the terms and conditions of which will be detailed in that MPA.
