Common use of Acknowledgment of Commencement Date Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Commencement Date. The Tenant agrees to execute and return to the Landlord, within fifteen (15) days of written demand from the Landlord, an acknowledgment of the Commencement Date in the form set forth in Schedule "C" annexed hereto, subject to such variations as the facts require.
