In the event the Lease Commencement Date of the term of the Lease is delayed beyond the sixty (60) days described in preceding section, then Landlord and Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgment of the dates of commencement and termination of the Lease and shall attach it to the Lease as an Exhibit.
