Common use of Acknowledgment of Commencement Date Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Commencement Date. Promptly following each respective Commencement Date, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgment of such Commencement Date, the Termination Date and related matters, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C (with appropriate insertions), each of which acknowledgments shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by this reference. Notwithstanding the foregoing requirement, the failure of either party to execute such a written acknowledgment shall not affect the determination of the applicable Commencement Date, Termination Date and related matters in accordance with the provisions of this Lease.
