Common use of Acknowledgment of Continuing Obligation Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Continuing Obligation. The Corporation will, at the time of any exercise of this Warrant in whole or in part, upon request of the holder hereof, acknowledge in writing its continuing obligation to such holder in respect of all rights (including without limitation any right to registration of the Shares issued upon such exercise) to which such holder shall continue to be entitled after such exercise in accordance with this Warrant; provided, however, that the failure of such holder to make any such request shall not affect the continuing obligations of the Corporation to such holder in respect of such rights.

Acknowledgment of Continuing Obligation. The Corporation will, at the time of any exercise of this Warrant in whole or in part, upon request of the holder hereof, acknowledge in writing writing, in form reasonably satisfactory to such holder, its continuing obligation to such holder in respect of all rights (including including, without limitation limitation, any right to registration of the Warrant Shares issued upon such exercise) to which such holder shall continue to be entitled after such exercise in accordance with this Warrant; provided, however, that the failure of such holder to make any such request shall not affect the continuing obligations of the Corporation to such holder in respect of such rights.
