Common use of Acknowledgment of Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Guarantor. The Guarantor acknowledges and consents to all of the terms and conditions of this Amendment and agree that this Amendment and any documents executed in connection herewith do not operate to reduce or discharge the Guarantor’s obligations under the Credit Agreement or the other Loan Documents.
