Acknowledgment that Liabilities Continue in Full Force and Effect. That the Credit Agreement, the other Loan Documents, and all other respective liabilities and obligations of Borrower to Agent and Lenders shall, except as expressly modified herein, remain in full force and effect, and shall not be released, impaired, diminished or in any other way modified or amended as a result of the execution and delivery of this Agreement or by the agreements and undertakings of the parties contained herein.
