Acknowledgments by the Employee. The Employee acknowledges that: the services to be performed by him under this Agreement are of a special, unique and unusual character; and (b) the Compensation provided to the Employee hereunder, together with the consideration provided to the Employee under the Related Agreements, constitute good and sufficient consideration for the Employee's agreements and covenants in this Section 8; and (c) the provisions of this Section 8 are reasonable and necessary to protect the Employer's business.
