Acknowledgments by the Employee. The Employee acknowledges that: (a) the services to be performed by him under this Agreement are of a special, unique, unusual, extraordinary, and intellectual character, and (b) the provisions of this Section 5 are reasonable and necessary to protect the goodwill and other business interests of Employer.
