ACL Indebtedness. ACL shall not incur any Indebtedness owed to any other Clean Line Entity or any Affiliate thereof unless such Clean Line Entity or Affiliate has granted a Lien on its rights of payment in respect of such Indebtedness pursuant to Security Documents that are in form and substance acceptable to DOE as contemplated by Section 11.6.β
