Common use of Acquiring Customer Clause in Contracts

Acquiring Customer. If Customer confirms that it is a prearranged shipper under a capacity release transaction [QUESTION: FROM SYSTEM PERSPECTIVE, IS THIS A SEPARATE CLICK OR SOMETHING?], Customer agrees that such confirmation is an electronic execution, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, of a service agreement for the service as described in the posting. If Customer elects to submit a bid for posted capacity, Customer hereby agrees that submission of such bid electronically to FEP through the TigerTransfer system is an execution of a service agreement for the service set out in the bid and is effective upon award of the bid.
