Acquisition and Completion of Project. The Project will consist of acquiring and completing the purchase of two new police vehicles and the respective equipment. The Project will be acquired and completed so as to comply with all applicable ordinances, resolutions and regulations, if any, and any and all applicable laws relating to the acquisition and completion of the Project and to the use of the Pledged Revenues. The Project complies with Section 29-13-7, NMSA 1978, as amended.
