Acquire any additional Property except (i) such Property as is necessary to or useful in the operation of its business, provided such acquisitions shall be subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in this Loan Agreement, and (ii) acquisitions of Property as are permitted pursuant to Section 7.3 and Section 7.21.
