ACS Business Operations Manager. The ACS business operations manager serves as the primary financial contact between Symetra and ACS. This individual is responsible for developing and maintaining client billing and invoicing operations, establishing and maintaining procurement operations for ACS on behalf of the Symetra program, and for ensuring that all financial accounting for Services provided to Symetra is accurate and well documented. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly management and status reporting based upon measured statistics, SLR/SLA data, and consumption usage.
