Common use of Act 1978 Clause in Contracts

Act 1978. For the purposes of this section ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be deemed to have the same powers functions and duties as a committee of management under section 15(1) of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978.
